    ...BLOWING SNOW CONCERNS WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT FOR SOME AREAS WHILE OTHER LOCATIONS EXPERIENCE DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS... .CONTINUING LIGHT SNOW AND GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE BLOWING SNOW CONDITIONS AT TIMES NEAR THE NORTH DAKOTA BORDER. WIND CHILLS WILL DROP TO NEAR 20 BELOW AT TIMES ESPECIALLY NORTH OF THE MISSOURI RIVER OVERNIGHT AND TUESDAY MORNING.
