    ...DENSE FOG AND SLIPPERY TRAVEL THIS MORNING... AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE THE VISIBILITY TO 1/4 MILE OR LESS IN CLARK AND TAYLOR COUNTIES IN CENTRAL WISCONSIN. THE MOISTURE FROM THIS FOG MAY FREEZE ON UNTREATED ROADS AND SIDEWALKS CREATING SLIPPERY TRAVEL CONDITIONS. IN ADDITION THE REFREEZING OF MELTING SNOW MAY ALSO CREATE SOME SLIPPERY SPOTS THIS MORNING.
